Natalie Roth received a Master in Management and a Bachelor of International Business Studies from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg. During her studies, she specialized in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and gained international experience at Mälardalen högskola in Sweden.

After her graduation in 2014, she worked for 3 years in a strategic consulting firm focusing on digital transformation and thereby gained practical experience in different innovation related consulting projects. The wish to deepen her knowledge in open innovation and organizational development made her return to the academic world. Her research focuses on Open Innovation and the future of work. In this context, she examines, for example, the impacts of the work environment and workplace on the employees’ creativity, productivity and working satisfaction.
