Leontin graduated from Leipzig University with a M.A., majoring in Intercultural Management and Translation Studies. During his studies at Heidelberg University and ISIT Paris, he gained professional experience in the field of internationalization, working for a German company in France and French startups. After his studies, he started working at WI1 to explore the social media usage in German cooperatives within the project "Connecting the Cooperative - The importance of social media for communication, collaboration and organizational culture in cooperatives", funded by the Ludwig-Erhard-Forschungsgesellschaft für Kooperative Wirtschaft.
Leontin is currently working as a Research Associate at the Center for Leading Innovation & Cooperation (CLIC) at HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management. His research focuses on value co-creation with business customers and mass customization. Since 2015, he has managed two mass customization projects within futureTEX at CLIC, funded by the BMBF. In this context, Leontin focuses on the co-creation of complex products and the cross-organizational development and production of customized offerings via novel IT solutions.
