Christofer Daiberl received a Master of Science in International Business Studies from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Prior to this, he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Universität Bayreuth and the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a major in information systems and service management.
He gained practical experience in various small and large companies such as A-M-T GmbH, Audi AG or MunichRe AG. Moreover, he was a co-founder of a consultancy which focused on leveraging ICT for digital marketing and services within small- and medium enterprises.
His research interests include service productivity, service innovation and service network design. In this context, he is particularly interested in methods and tools to enhance the productivity of service networks.
