MSc. Julia Jonas

Julia Jonas graduated from Karlstad University in Sweden in 2007 with a Master of Science in Business Administration, specializing on Service Management and Marketing. During her studies she participated in an interdisciplinary project on user integrated design for Tetra Pak. This project triggered her affection for user integration in product design and led her to the open innovation enabler HYVE in Munich. In 4 years’ experience, she worked as a project manager in the Innovation Research team, where she assisted clients such as Beiersdorf, W.L. Gore or Symrise. Her consultancy focused on the application of open innovation tools and the implementation of social media analysis projects for innovative product and service development. At Wi 1, Julia examines the application of open innovation tools for service innovation.
