Bastian Bansemir graduated from the Technical University of Munich with a Master in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm.). During his studies he spent one semester at Tongji-University in Shanghai, China. He gained practical experience during several internships and projects with firms like Eurocopter, BMW AG and several others. Since he joined the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, he participated in several international doctoral colloquia (e.g. doctoral colloquium at EURAM 2008) and conferences. His research focuses on the fields of open innovation, idea management systems, leadership, organization theory and strategy.
