Acceptance of software tools

Many software projects (e.g. introduction of knowledge management) fail due to a lack of acceptance by the users.

This thesis shall investigate which factors hinder or promote acceptance of software within companies and how this can be measured. The focus lies on software that depends on acceptance (of the employees), due to the fact that employees can use the software to conduct their work, but they do not have to.
