As service innovation is a hot and rapidly developing topic in traditional service industries as well as in industrial contexts, this seminar is tackling service innovation, the management of service innovation and and the design of services, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It introduces the service-dominant logic, applies service design tools, discusses servitization issues as well as service business models, technology & services.

The seminar is going to be take place on Fridays, 
from 9.45 am to 11.15 am.
Attention: an extraordinary session for presentations will be held at JOSEPHS on July 6th, 9 am to 12.30 noontime.
