The search for new ideas, its implementation and evaluation is not something that has recently emerged as a  research topic. Schumpeter emphasized already about 70 years ago the need for new ideas, i.e. the need for the combination of the before un-combined to ensure the growth of the economy. However, since then the context in which innovation happens has changed: Globalization and technological enhancement offer new opportunities but also new challenges for the creation and implementation of ideas in organisations.

Our heterogeneous team of passionate researchers and our research network is engaged in various research projects and strives to contribute to both the international academic community and the management practice of our corporate partners.
